Stress response: Network Spinal Analysis: Adapt to stress positively!
“Stress response: Network Spinal Analysis: Adapt to stress positively!”
In Dr. Donald Epstein’s ARHP “Connect on the Spine, Stress and Dominance”, he explains how stress can be used to our advantage.
What many of us seem to forget is that practically all growth comes from stress. The issue lies not in the event of stress but rather in our inability to adapt to stress.
Connect more deeply to your spine to create a positive stress response in any situation!
“The spine appears to be the modulator of the stress response in any situation. So how can one mitigate the harmful effects of stress while gaining the growth aspect of stress?”
The long term effect of a stressful event is associated with a pathological dominant pattern (PDP), or defense posture/stress physiology. The PDP occurs in the nervous system and may remain there for years after the original event occurred.
During an entrainment, a contact taken at the spinal gateway can disable or deconstruct the pathway that kept the dominant physiology going.
That disabling of the PDP increases information flow and spinal integrity.
And I love this last bit. So why the spine? “It is the central organizing principle of the physiological response to what happens in life.”
The choice is ours! How would you like to experience the world?
