“Orientation day for future Network Spinal Analysis chiropractor Jackie!”
Orientation day 1 was pretttttty intense. There were enough welcomes and intros to spin my head off. Not to mention we were sitting in an auditorium from 8-5, with only a couple breaks here and there.
President Riekeman lectured on “the Philosophy of Human Existence: Getting to Well.” He shared Simon Sinek’s incredible TED talk on how great leaders inspire action. Sinek explains how most businesses or individuals know WHAT they do and most know HOW they do it but few know WHY. “People don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it.” We must start with the why. Very cool stuff.
Dr. Riekeman touched on quantum mechanics and the nature of reality. The physical world is one large sea of energy. We essentially bring forth into reality what we choose. “If we focus on what’s inside, we will find more of it.”
Where focus goes, energy flows.
Dr. Riekeman is an incredible man and an outstanding speaker. I am so blessed to be attending this university.
Orientation Day 2 was significantly more fun. I met some wonderful people!! We spent most of the day doing team building activities and getting to know one another. The energy is invigorating…we’re all here for the same reason. It just feels so right.
Classes begin Monday sooo ready set go.
