“Gratitude: Jackie’s glad for time spent at Family Network Chiropractic in Kingston, NY!”
Tomorrow marks my last day behind the desk at Family Network Chiropractic. I am filled with gratitude that this opportunity came my way.
Dr. Josette and Marc, your dedication to this work has inspired me and has become a part of me. Thank you for being my personal cheerleaders 🙂 and for all you have taught me. When the goin gets tough during these next couple of years, you two will be on my mind and in my heart pushing me to get through it…
Another huge thanks to my new friend Ken, the man responsible for FNC’s beautiful website and this blog. The day I met Ken he suggested I start documenting my journey to becoming an NSA practitioner and here I am. I have always kept a journal but posting a public entry every week has pushed me out of my comfort zone. It’s a risk that I may not have taken on my own.
Gratitude, affirmations, and reprogramming our DNA!
During this time of transition I’ve been making an effort to focus on gratitude. I have different affirmations I recite to help me do so. It’s funny because ever since I was a little girl, my dad stressed the importance of affirmations and just a couple of days ago he sent me a great article titled “Scientists Prove DNA Can be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies.” Yeah it can!!! We knew that one, dad.
So anyways, I am wrapping up loose ends here in New Paltz. I just returned from a two day camping and climbing trip to Rumney, New Hampshire and I’m tired. Sort of a silly time to take a trip buttttt I gota get my Northeast adventures in while I can!
I am giving myself the day to catch up on a little rest, and to slather my body in calamine lotion to soothe the 50+ mosquito bites I’ve acquired. And tomorrow I can focus on packing. Well maybe… I work tomorrow through Sunday so maybe Monday will be the official packing day. Four days to pack is good right? Right?
