“Fuel for change: Network Spinal Analysis turns tension to healing!”
A very eventFUL week. What a little worker bee I have been.
This time last week I was getting ready for the Network Spinal Analysis BCI seminar (which was absolutely incredible), as well as planning out every other minute to prepare for the 8 exams that I had coming up the following week.
Today I took my very last midterm of the week, Histology.
Now what, you ask? I am sitting out in the sun with a cup of tea savoring the internal and external quiet I am blessed with. Ahhh…
Immediately following the Histology exam, I call Dr. Gene’s office to get in there asap. So I get there and I am talking to him at rapid speed and I reveal that I am highly caffeinated and stressed and how I burnt myself with scorching hot tea earlier in the week and-and-and how compressed my low back feels from sitting so much and how bloated my belly feels. I’m practically shaking with adrenaline as I speak to him.
See tension as fuel and it becomes your friend!
As I get on the table he says something along the lines of ‘well thankfully with this type of work (referring to NSA) the more existing tension the more fuel for change.’ And let me tell ya folks, that is JUST WHAT IT IS. I was able to wash away that built up ickyness by connecting to the tension and going for a lil ride.
On my way home all I could think of was how lucky I am to be under NSA care while in school. The rest of the day has been spent pampering myself 🙂
In a minute I’m going to have a skype sesh with dad and go over a couple key points from the BCI seminar!! Tomorrow the president of the NSA club is hosting a hands on meeting where we will continue to go over the information presented to us at the seminar!
