“Change: My life drastically improved with Network Spinal Analysis!”
The video below is a good example of why NSA resonated so well with me, once I decided (Marc pushed me) to jump in so many years ago.
Back in my thirties, most of my head did not function well. The few parts that did, fortunately, were powerful enough to drag the rest of the rabble along through the troubleshooting and repair process that I invented to save my own life.
I knew I had to work on both the hardware and the software of my brain
Part of that process involved meditation. The program and developer I followed had loads of interesting things to teach about how the brain physically functioned and why willpower alone was never enough for any of us to change anything.
When you try to change your mind, it’s like fighting the tide
You’re going up against physical structures within you that could care less about your intent.
Your intent matters, and is not entirely powerless to enact change. But it’s not enough by itself for most of us to enact change in the brain. To bring about change for the better in our lives.
Change in the brain equates to change in life. Change your life and all who come in contact with you will have their lives changed as well. This means your legacy changes as well. So, people who will NEVER meet you can also be changed from you changing your mind.
So, how to change one’s mind?
Like I said. my work on my own life paralleled, and in many ways matched, what NSA, SRI, and ROH offered. The longer I was taught about it by Marc and Josette, the more connections and crossover moments I encountered.
I had already learned that my brain needed to be changed on a purely “meat and potatoes” level, if I were to ever hope for the spiritual and emotional roots of better health to take hold. And Donny explains in this video one of the reasons why that is so.
He speaks about the power of making just ONE neuron take a step in a new direction
He then shares how his methods can access that one neuron to then bring about this new way of being – one that brings you more happiness, peace and prosperity.
But once this physical restructuring has begun, you will become responsible for furthering its growth through practiced intent.
You will learn to actively build new habits. This part of the healing and growth process is completely under your control. As Donny explains, “The spaced repetition of little things brings about radical change.”
Does a person have to use something like ROH in order to become whole?
Have to? No. You really can learn to become aware (another entire lesson in its own right) of what needs to be changed and then cognitively start developing its presence. And you can eventually win. Potentially.
But if we could have our lives be the way we wished all by ourselves, it would have happened already.
We have the power and the potential. We just need a guide and a plan. This is true in all things.
ROH, NSA, and SRI can physically change your mind and then help you use it better, by choice and with practice, in a way that is much easier than trying to bring about radical change all on your own. Don’t hesitate to give it a try.
